• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of emergencies, vehicle unavailability, extreme weather, or other unavoidable circumstances.

• Clients are encouraged to review all booking details carefully before confirmation to avoid errors or misunderstandings.

• Bookings made through our website, phone, or email are considered confirmed once payment is processed or a booking confirmation is received.

Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking or as specified during the booking process.

• Payments are processed through secure payment gateways, ensuring the safety of your financial information.

• Transaction details, including credit card information, are confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required for processing the payment.

• Additional charges may apply for extra services, such as special vehicles, additional stops, or extended service durations.

Cancellations & Refunds

Passenger Responsibility

• Passengers are responsible for being ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.

• Passengers must ensure the accuracy of all booking information provided.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger, intentional or accidental, may result in additional charges for repair or replacement.

• Passengers are responsible for personal belongings. While we take precautions to protect items, we are not liable for lost or damaged personal property left in the vehicle.

Conduct During Travel

• Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and safely during the trip.

• Unsafe behavior, including standing while the vehicle is moving, smoking inside the vehicle, or harassment of the driver or other passengers, may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

• Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers exhibiting unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Limitation of Liability

• Bernadette Fawkes Transportation Services is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other events beyond our control.

• While we commit to providing safe and reliable transportation, we are not liable for missed appointments, flights, or other consequential losses.

• Our liability for any incident related to our services is limited to the cost of the booking.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items, though we will assist in locating items where possible.

Special Circumstances

• In rare situations such as vehicle breakdowns, natural disasters, or other emergencies, we reserve the right to:

  • Assign an alternative vehicle

  • Reschedule the trip at no extra cost

  • Offer a full refund if service cannot be completed

• Passengers will be informed promptly of any changes to the booking due to these circumstances.

Changes to Terms
