Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bernadette Fawkes Transportation Services, we are committed to providing reliable, safe, and high-quality transportation services. Your satisfaction and confidence in our services are our top priorities. To ensure clarity and prevent misunderstandings, we have outlined our refund, cancellation, and booking change policies below.


Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without incurring any fees.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a partial charge, depending on the nature of the service and vehicle type booked.

  • To cancel a booking, clients must contact us via email or telephone, providing the booking reference and the scheduled pickup details.

  • All cancellations will receive a confirmation from our customer service team to ensure that the request has been successfully processed.


Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider’s processing time.

  • Refunds may take longer in certain situations, such as bank holidays or international transactions.

  • No refunds will be issued for trips that have been completed, partially completed, or in cases of no-shows.

  • If the refund is processed for a partially used service, the refund amount will be calculated proportionally, based on the service already rendered.


Changes to Bookings

  • Clients may request changes to their booking, including date, time, pickup location, or vehicle type, at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service.

  • All changes are subject to availability. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, some changes may not be possible due to scheduling or vehicle availability.

  • Requests for changes should be submitted via email or phone, and a confirmation from our team will be issued once the request is approved.

  • Changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur an additional fee, depending on the nature of the adjustment.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-shows: Clients who fail to be present at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time without prior notice are considered no-shows, and payments will not be refunded.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be partially charged, as described above.

  • Completed Trips: Once a service has been completed, no refunds or adjustments will be made.

  • Special Services: Services requiring special vehicles, equipment, or arrangements may have additional non-refundable terms.


Special Circumstances

  • In rare situations, such as vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather, or unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a booking.

  • In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost.

  • We are not responsible for indirect costs or losses, such as missed flights or events, in these rare situations.
